First stop buying excessive weapons/melee/armor. Your mob cannot equip 20K Kevlar est.
you can handle this yourself just sit down for a few minutes a day for the next 3-4 days and punch codes from invitecodematrix.com

Why quit, punch codes, replant away from your attacker. Unless you put in the effort to grow your mob it's unlikely you will get help. If you do grow it, you won't need help....

Hard punching for a couple of days could get you to a 5k mob, it's up to you.

Spider does want some help. Ok, what about this:
Sell excessive weaponry. Stick to non-upkeep for now. Punch a few hundred codes each day. After a week or two, you'll be significantly larger than he is. Then drop turf near his, wait the compulsory 24 hours, and hit him hard.

Revenge is a dish best served cold.
