This guy accused me of using him as protection so he captured one of me turf, I asked him why and now he keeps taking them over. He's a lvl 95 and I'm a 46, HELP!!!

Level means nothing. The difference in mob size what you need to look at. The fact that he's a 15k mob and you're only like 1.5k makes me wonder if you mouthed off or demanded him to stop taking your turf. If not, then this guy might be a noob capper. Needs to be looked into more closely.

Looked at like 30 of his turf and only found like 3 that were made by him. The rest were capped from 2500 mob and less. With 500 turf, seems he's probably way over limit.
