Location: SF Bay Area, heavy turf in Palo Alto, Mountain View, San Jose, Sunny Vale.
Target: Roupah.
Summary: Bully, Capping small players, Teaching him a lesson. Told him to stop capping us and we would leave him alone. 3 days left in V.
Weapons: Mob 7643, Health 160, Stamina 38, Body armor, Lapua, Steel shoe all in 7500 range.
Just need one more person to help out or you can cap his turf while we keep him busy.

You've got a 40k player in your V that's targeting a 7k player. Seems like you've got it under control.

He is spread out and we were looking for someone who is in one of his major cities that I posted. We are moving into those cities as fast as we can but would be nice if someone was already there.

This guy roupah has capped inactives and smaller players since I started playing, I'm trying to cap him in most areas but he keeps capping others and growing.. Please anyone in the area who has spare time join us and help us teach this bully a lesson.. Thanks 🍻

He has made a lot of enemies. He is spread out though and need help getting to him in all of the cities he is in. Mostly the Bay Area.
He has continued capping players even though we have asked him to stop and we would stop the V on him if he would stop attacking us small players

Please stop attacking him. I wish Roupah the best and hope he did not take this personally. There were a lot of players who disliked his tactics and he got hit from all sides and lost well over 100 turfs in 2 days. I thank you all for supporting the Nobs, Newbies, Small players.
Lets put this behind us and let any hurt feeling heal. I personally wished Roupah the best and will help him if needed if he does not bully small players who just want to have fun like anyone else.

Running a V is a lot of work and I do not take it lightly. There has to be an end game in a V and our end game was for him to stop capping us.
