I remember you two. Looking at my library of old messages you two were having the same problem 8 weeks ago. As it turns out you two were also around the same mob count (1,000 Vs 2,000).

If I remember, the thorn in your side, had no equipment upkeep so leveling his turfs didn't phase him much.

That should tell you what the ultimate solution will be.
