He has about the same mob as you razmaster. If you armed yourself a little better and punch some codes on Invitecodematrix.com you could take him.

You've been playing for about 2 weeks so I'll let you in on a little truth, they're just colored circles on a map. Don't get to caught up on them getting capped or tapped it happens all the time as it is a war game. If you leave loot out where people can cap it they will. If you want to keep your loot grow your mob and do as stratosphere said.
