I will help since you look really new:
My help is offering advice to buy weapons!
You have him outnumbered in mob 229 to 35, buy you have hardly any weapons or armor.
Buy at least 1 Kevlar Vest for every mob member you have.
The buy other weapons with the highest attack you can afford. You need 1 for ever mob member.
After that, if he attacks you will win.
If you need more $, then do missions, level up, and plant some more turf.
