In the days since Christmas the mobster Lazboy has capped four of my turf in the town of Summerfield, North Carolina. I am fairly sure that I have done absolutely nothing to provoke him and being thirteen levels below him and only possessing a third of his mob I was hoping some of you might be kind enough to provide me with some help.

I will do that and thanks for the advice. But I'm looking to reclaim some of my lost turf as well if that is not to much to ask, I really don't know though.

Turf are destroyed in a vendetta. You'll have to mob up and cap them back if you want to reclaim them.

Really I just need the space, I can put up more but he's blocking me out and if it's ok to hold a bit of a grudge I'd prefer he not have them.

Then get bigger than him and take them back. You'll need to go to invitecodematrix.com to get more mob. You'll also need to get more stamina if you actually want to cap people.

Unless you have the ability to wipe a player from the area I suggest a V is not the way to go.

Even if you do, you need to be prepared for the player returning to exact revenge. 4 turf whilst hard is not extreme, wait until you are evicted from a country or have lost 20 turf in an afternoon.
