So this Guy Badmrfrosty came into my town a couple Weeks ago and started capping my turfs my Friends in evansville are all capped up by him and now He's capped me down to 4k Inf i was at 14k please help if u want to join please pm me i Need help the only Restriction is u have to be under 33k Mob or the game won't let ne invite you

You may be a small country town but you need to mob up. You need minimum 10k mob for your level. I would suggest you tear down and move away from him.
