I used to be a pretty strong player on here, but now I'm seriously in debt and this guy, Shaggysan, is taking down my turf right and left. Some help with this guy would be much appreciated. Thanks for listening!

If you are having serious money issues, the first thing I would recommend is Lapua rifles or mini-guns in place of rocket launchers and tommy guns. You're not going to cap this guy, so unless he backs off, you don't really need any weapons assuming the money situation is that bad.

Looking at that players wall, he appears to be somewhat versed in TW gameplay. Just a hunch, but I doubt he is after you for no reason. Before you try to get a bunch of people to jump his ass, perhaps it's time to admit why he is after you in the first place.

How do you play for a year, never punch a code, and consider yourself a strong player?
