There is a player in Denver that caps my turf (and many others). He caped 2 of mine at the same time yesterday. I rebuilt them and he immediately caped them as well. When I asked him to stop he told me to look at the map, I'm nothing special, he is capping everyone. I rebuild those 2 just to have them taken today. 6 turf (not counting other players in the area) in less than 24 hours. I asked him why he continues and that he is only hurting himself by running everyone off to which he replied "I'm helping myself. I'm done buying and building turf. So everyone does it for me. Watch me climb to the top. 😉"

This player has 46k+ mob. I am a small player trying to diversify my locations and would prefer not to pack up and leave the area (or get completely caped out). Can/will anyone help?

Hop away, let him have that area.

That's the problem, he controls most of the area and the 1 turf I have left there is dead smack in the middle.

Start hopping, in a dozen hops you'll be away from that area. It's not impossible. If you can't hop you'll just lose your foothold in Denver, which isn't a big deal. You have other cities to place turf in.

I can try. It will be slow because I don't have the Capitol to do it all at once and I risk getting capped in the process.
