What has this person done to deserve such a menacing vendetta?

I suggest, like every other player will, go to a secret website called invitecodematrix, create an account and punch codes.

I also have an inkling that he may be inactive.

Yes I think he is doing that. Now i protected my turf and put other turfs away from my city.
