Have at least a mob of 600 and 1weapon for each mob member I can't get rid o this dude and he's to strong for me to beat alone. The title is the name of the vendetta.

I see multiple problems A. If he lives next door then capping him out will do NOTHING he will place them back tommorow and B. This is likely a I want that capo scenario
