I keep gettin attacked by a guy named oogieboogie woo who left my mob,stolen tons of my k's and is attacking 2-5 time in a row

If he's not attacking your turf it's acceptable, just part of the game. Mob up, and buy more weapons and armor (buy grenades and Kevlar right now) to defend yourself.
