glman is not a bully. glman is an old school TW mobster. Heck, he only capped 4 of your turfs. Approach him in a reasonable manner and he likely will respond in kind.

Not a bully, came back from vacation to see 100+ notifications of attacks, car bombs, and shoes on my turf in my hometown. When I checked, all were from one guy. He also had turf names like "u suck" PLUS 130 inf. turfs. I capped 4-6 turfs. Not all either. Man up and stop lying.
