4real a player with over 15k mob capt 4 of my turfs today and I'm under 1000 mobs , please can someone help me

You could always try a sincere apology. You did wrong. Admitting your mistake and apologizing often helps. However in this case it may not because of the homophobic slur. In fact bringing it to the attention of the community may backfire on you.
