In order to gain the larger mobbed players as help, here are a few things to help you along.
1. Post more information about what is going on.
2. Post whom your target is. Not necessary, but very useful.
3. Giving us information of anysort about what actions have already been taken to resolve the issue.

I hope these few things help you out.
