I'm way negative by the hands of an a$*hole. I was targeted for taking a couple of turfs from someone obviously smaller than me. Now I'm falsely being accused of being a bully. I have a rep for resetting bullies! This is absurd. Please help.

Who is attacking your turf? Are they capping you or just attacking to teach you a lesson? I see your turf have been attacked but can't tell if you're losing them. You're in Long Island, it's a tough and competitive area. More detail please.

Ncastro has 1k mob, you can EASILY destroy him with some more weapons, get some cheap ones without upkeep.
