3) He caped all my turfs in Singapore without any reason
4) My stats: lvl 49, 3600 mob, all gear is Ok, except that I'm using AK's instead of rifles. His stats: lvl 79, 7500 mob

I talked to Katsou and told him I would help in Beijing so I moved a turf over MXW to see what he will do.

I know I'm late to the conversation here but just to let you know he capped 25 turfs from me in Beijing. 8 of them after he was warned. Anything that I can do to help you I will. Anything you can do to hurt him will be appreciated.
