This guy, called luvy duvy do, keeps attacking me (and my turfs) all the time. I asked to stop once and now he attacked me again. In total he capped 7 turfs from me. His mob is 28.000, mine is 2.800. This is located in the southern part of the Netherlands, near Roermond. Please help!

Must say this is not the first time I hear her name (apparently he's a she) and the accusation of being a bully. She capped 1 of my turfs too, but that was a >93 one, so fair game imo.
Have you tried communicating?
Btw, non turf attacks I don't consider a problem at all.

Yes I tried communicating but 'she' won't react. And of course I declared this vendetta because of the turf attacks and stealing my capo titles. I get non-turf attacks all the time.
Well, there are already two members. Who's next?

I haven't targeted her yet because I first want to make sure I have enough members in my V, otherwise she will attack me and my V is not strong enough to defend. And dr. P pm'd me that he was in if there were enough other members, and I send him an invite, so practically he is a member. I still need help though!

I know 7 turfs is not much (In total I've been capped over at least 50 times) but when I try to communicate with her she won't react and I'm afraid she continues capping my turfs.
