He might be using police maps? Also try to get on the turf map and hit reload when the gps screws up. It might just help.

Police maps increase build range. Not cap range.

If you're talking about Zaavan, he has plenty of turf in cap range of you in Seattle. I didn't search his entire turf list to look for turf capped from you. I wasn't that motivated.

I did send Saelo a pm since it looks like Zaavan's been capping a lot of inactives recently.

I just stumbled on 2 he capped from you. However, you've been playing 21 weeks & have just over 3300 mob. You should easily have 10,500 mob by now. Then he wouldn't have been able to cap you.
Zaavan's been playing 6 weeks & has double your mob.

Thanks Mystery! I pm'ed this player last night to see if I could possibly mediate for them. Haven't heard back from the OP yet. Still not sure who the target is.

I'm getting ready to talk to Zaavan also to see if he is aware of income based on player diversity in a given area.
