Newbie needs help

  I need some help guys.
  I did nothing to this guy, and keeps on fucking me up and stealing my turf. I need him out of the edmundston, NB Canada area. I started a vendetta. He has over 12K mob. Anyone care to help?

  No influence requirements for him. Look at his level.

  2) Your turf is nowhere near this guy so a V would be pointless.
  3) I can't find any turf of yours in his list in Edmonston or a couple other cities. Where did he supposedly cap you?
