300+ hits in 24 hrs. Excessive?

I may be a bit to long in the tooth to be crying on here (5.5k mob & level 70).
But a noob with to much punching time (now over 9k) has hit me over 300 times in the last 24 hours taking 40 turf.
Yes I've capped but a couple here & there over a period of time.
I've asked him to stop (pubic ally) but frankly he's an arse.
My foe is Parousia.
Check my wall and his, if you want any more info, just let me know.
Capping is part of the game but pit bull aggression is not.

Geez! I'll hit someone over 300 times in under 6 minutes if I have wifi. Especially if they are considered a "pubic ally!"

Has he made too much time to punch or have you made too little?
Second, I would think 2 bros that consider each other a pubic ally could work things out in a more private setting. Good luck! 👨💜👨
