Does any1 want to make a V against a mule user his name is niningun and he has about 3600 mob. His mules name is torch nop.

He has 19 turf, a majority created by himself, a couple capped off you. Explain how he is muling?

He is taxing a mule. He told me that when i attacked it trying to help a new person to the game.

Where is your proof it's a mule? I'm sitting on an inactive with a similar flower set up... Doesn't mean it's a mule. Do you have pm's where he admits it?

Yes, i went to check it but somehow all the messages sent to me were deleted. For more proof ask anaistia( if he is still active) if torch nop is niningun's mule.
