Pm me for the whole story. He is local to Waldo and wanted me to give him capo. (not understanding how inf determines capo) then he started to tax me and I capped his turf. Plz I ask anyone who is interested in helping him, find out what the real issue is. Is this a local kid who wants to be capo of his home town or am I hunting this kid down for no reason. Plz do the home work first. That's all I ask.
