Actually I think he is targeting the inactive so the 24 hours expires without the target knowing (I know that is not how it works). Chuddles is capo of Paterson Lakes.
Although thanks for bringing this one back to my attention. I don't really like those turf names you have. Good thing I am not close, bad thing I am on my way....
