I was just attacked by triple tap who then put turfs next to all of mine and said he would destroy me

ok, why is tripletap attacking you? Did you say some bad words to him or something? You really need to determine this because even if you get some vendetta help now, in a week he will be at your throat again. My advice is to use some diplomacy. even if it calls for a little groveling. No one can protect you forever.
