Located in Chicago Ill
Name is Roscoe1471 He has over 13000 mob equipped with mostly snipers
I have over 9000 mob half with snipers and can't afford more weapons
Every few days he has taken 3 to 4 turf for a couple weeks I politely asked him to not take so many because I can't afford tokeep building airport turf but he responds rudly or not at all
I just want him to calm downalready I never even attacked him

Nicely written, looks like Roscoe can be a bit of a hypocrite considering he is complaining about Free Mason capping a turf.

I took one about a week ago and he got a little upset.
I took 5 or 6 last night after I got several complaints about him and after seeing this post. I don't know his history but the reason my turf count is where it's at is because I enjoy collecting turf from players like this.

I'd suggest planting turf out of his cap range, or not building at the airport until you want to fly. When you do build there, build a 1 inf do that you don't lose the cost of the upgrades if it gets capped - at least until your situation is worked out.
Airports tend to be dangerous places with a lot of capping though.
