He has attacked me taking probable 8 turf or so this last week then opens up and takes 7 today and going for more but was cap limited. Completely unprovoked. I have never done one thing to get on this guys bad side. So anyone who can help it would be appreciated.

If all your doing is going after shopping center cappo titles you should kind of expect getting attacked. If it wasn't me it would've been a matter of time before someone else got you.

I see Killmora's & Oj's points. I'd say spread your capping of him out over time. If you're worried a bigger player may take it first, they'd be just as likely to cap it from you.
