There are no set rules as to how he posts. If you don't like the information he has given, then move on and ignore him.
If you took 10 seconds, you would see that he only has turf in one town. This would tell you almost everything you need to know.

you could look in the Vendetta, look at the stats, and look at the location. 2 minutes tops
