The guys been harrasing alot of people around my area and alot of people would love to see this guy capped

Im from scotland and so is the guy im targeting Edinburgh to be precise and basicly the guys capped alot off me, cost me alot of money aswell, hes gave me and other people abuse for no reason so if you hate people like that and you think they deserve everything they should get then join my vandetta.
