Need help with harrassing bully

This person has repeatedly capped me time and time again. I moved out of massachusetts to get away from this person and what does he do? Hops right into my home cluster WAY out of his area, just to harrass me and start calling me a little bitch etc...
I'm a pretty passive player, rarely cap, currently not taking any protection that I know of. I have literally done nothing to this person and ask only to be left alone. Talking to them get's me no where, they expect an apology for something...but I don't attack or cap this person ever.
They have 4k mob more than me and theres simply nothing I can do. I'm really suprised at the viciousness of people in this game. This person is obviously a young kid just trying to be an internet tough guy by the way he talks
Sick and tired of the un-provoked attacks, the constant insults over pm, and the 100s of attacks daily. Is there anyone who can help me?

Corky is a pest. He caps any and everybody that he can. We recently had to deport him from Texas for the exact same thing. Sorry he chose ur part of the world for his next spot. I'll do what I can to help.

Corky was lower mobbed than caballo when caballo harassed and capped him out of Springfield. That was when corky asked for my help against caballo and when I brought all his racist turf names to the community's attention. Ever sense Corky has mobbed up and is now taking his well-earned revenge. Everyone that has helped Caballo seems to be on the wrong side. And is also supporting a racist.
Background information include racist names being placed in predominant black neighborhoods. Well over 15 racist turf names.

Although I cannot speak to Corkey's actions in other areas, I assume he was bored and went on a cappin spree.
Corky may have been removed in other locations in justification. But in this instance to exact revenge after punching 7k+ codes is deserved, is it not?
Also this is not the first deceptive vandetta post caballo has written.

While I may have had capped turf in other areas and have been driven out of areas I accept it as part of the way I chose to play the game and when I was attacked I never issued a vendetta against those who capped me do to complaints. However my issues with caballo go way back from when I first started this awesome game, which goes back to what veo said about the revenge factor which drives this whole game and I'm sure there are a long line of people who want revenge on caballo. I myself am sure I am on someone's shit list but as I did, they will be punching codes and growing and learning this great game.
As far as caballo goes he knew there were two words I asked him to say and I would stop. I also would like to point out his history with folks in Avon, Northampton, easthampton,and east longmeadow / wilbraham area is not without his share of capping turf unlike what he stated. -
Two words are not necessarily an apology, " please stop " is what I'm referring to. And as far as his claim of 100 attacks a day, where has he shown proof that I attacked him 100 times a day? The statement he has never attacked me ever is also untrue and infact it is his actions attacking me which started this to begin with. I ask only that people at least see through his complete exaggerations and make judgement on facts and facts alone.

I was curious to see who had issues with Caballo. The turf names in question, which have been captured and renamed, were very offensive to several, including women. And I remember early on in this game Caballo hit me often, and took turf, when I was brand new. Ironically, he is the only person whom I ever felt preyed upon by,(he still checks in regularly to see if he can beat my defense) and his friends thought nothing of tossing random car bombs and issuing vendettas, but I quickly learned the game and understood that mobbing up and treating all players, especially new ones, with respect is the way to get ahead. Sounds like this one could just be resolved with mrCorky stopping the capping.

I've also had a bad experience with caballo. His vulgar turf names was my initial
Problem in which I helped veo remove them (I'm sure veo will verify this). A few days later I log in to see around 110 messages all of them from caballo taking my turf and causing me to lose capo temporarily. Since I have reached a point at which I have been able to defend myself from him but I still do get regular attacks. -

Wow, is corky really citing the 4 turf I took from him over six months ago? Is he really forgetting the fact that those 4 turf were taking protection from me? This is ridiculous. By the way, corky never told me to say "please stop". Somewhere in his incoherent messages he said he "needed" to hear two words, but did not allude at all to what those words were.
As for pioneer pincha, again this person is complaining about 2 caps which occurred 6 months ago because he was taking protection from me. This "racist turf name" crap is something veo accused me of months ago. Totally false, ad yet more proof that corky is veo's lap dog. All I'm asking is to be left alone. I moved out of the state.

Let's Clear up two more important points. I never capped corky out of anywhere. Can't believe such flat out lies are being thrown agaist me. ALSO, Mario chase recieved caps from me AFTER he capped at least 10 of my turf. This has nothing to do with corky and is totally justified. This occurred over 2 months ago by the way and since then I rarely send a few random player attacks his way for experience.
