Location: Central Point, Oregon
Target: "Add{Sourd{Add" and "THEMIS"
Add Sourd= 12k mob fully equipped with body armor, shoes and rifles
Themis = 8.5k mob equipped with shoes, ask, body, armor, rpgs and tommiesI planted turf in central point 2 weeks ago and 2 days ago i get a message from addsourd saying "stop capping, this area isn't developed yet and don't tax the small active players...etc". I found it weird he sent that to me because i never cap anyone, so i sent a message back saying what are u talking about? he said thats just a copy and paste it was really meant for someone else...then he started explaining what the guy did and thats it, he didn't tell me not to do anything else. SO i wake up today and find that 14 of my turfs are gone, i look and see that addsourd and themis destroyed them. I read the messages and addsourd says

"did you not read my message? Central point, OR is not your honey hole for cash. They pay me protection from outside players like you. You have 30 minutes to respond and remove turf from the small ACTIVE players or I will do it for you". So this guy does not want me to put my 86 inf turf on players who have turf of 51 inf...and those guys that i was doing that too that he was calling active were INACTIVE!!! That guy was a level 15 and had those turfs planted in FEBURARY, and he has turf that is 86 also, plus there was another guy who hasn't leveled up in months and he doesn't want me taxing him. Plus he sent those messages at midnight expecting me to respond in 30 minutes

To the OP. I have had a lot od dealings with sour d and he is a great stand up guy. Oregon is not a war zone. So for you to instigate someone who has set up a safe area, wasn't smart. In your own post you have shown and admitted to wrong doing. Just let it go and move on. -

Hello Lucky, THEMIS, here I'm SourD's wife. He's at work right now but sent me the following message in regard to his correspondence with you, "He had total 48 hours to reposition him self". That's all he asked you to do. When you don't respond how do you expect him to respond. In fact, I know he sent you a message late however I do also remember reminding him the next day he sent it to you. Way I see it you had three days to make things right. We just want a safe zone for newbies.

NOWHERE in those two messages did he warn me about moving my turf, you guys are making up lies saying he gave me 48 hours

The two guys I was gettin protection from was mastacracka (last built turf in April and is a level 15 and started in Feb. so even if he was active he had enough time to level up) and the other guy dvldog (level 20 last built turf in Feb.) BUT apparently adds ourd can collect protection from them but not me...you can see his turfs over theirs

After looking at his turf I have found none in that city in which he capped and he is not the only person taxing in that area

I'm level 15 with almost 10.000 mob. That's not being inactive, that's choosing not to level till I hit 20k like I planned.

So don't claim I'm inactive if you haven't tried to figure it out. Yes 4 months is more than enough time to develop, and I am developed. At yours level you should know by now that mob size is more important.

Boom, there you go. Enough said. Foot is deep in mouth. Also you said, you have done NOTHING wrong. But you admit to taxing in an area that was explicitly off limits, you were previously warned and did it anyway. Now it is biting you in the ass. So enough. You messed up and got punished.

I'm not trying to get in the middle of this but want to give my two cents. I agree you have to let new players grow but if your taxing them with an 86 inf turf theres a better lesson. Upgrade the taxed turf to 86 inf & no taxes. If a player decides to put up turf of less than 86 inf & gets taxed knowing how to stop taxes it's his/her responsibility.

This really seems silly to me.. If lucky got capped for taxing smaller players only then I will be team lucky. Safe zones are meant to be cap free but beyond that is asking a bit much. If someone chooses not to level up where they can make their turf influence higher that's their own problem and part of the game. Everyone in this game gets taxed including myself by bigger players. If you don't like it then move your turf around a bit or pm the player using some diplomacy if it's hurting your income that greatly. Capping someone over taxing only and demanding them to move or else is trying to control the game a bit much heh...

I know it doesn't prove I'm active but it doesn't prove I'm inactive either. Replying to this post however does help the point I'm getting across. I am aware that it is my responsibility to fend for myself and if I wanted to I could get the best gear for my mob and wipe him out... But I didn't. I didn't threaten him, cap him, or attack him because he didn't do any of that to me. I only jumped into this discussion when I was called inactive.

Given that sourd and Themis are taxing you and told lucky only taxing of inactives was allowed might have led him to believe you were inactive, no?
That and the fact you didn't complain, cap him or bring your turf up to 86
A simple comment from you probably would have done the trick - you are twice his size

I guess it's all a misunderstanding.. C'mon guys make peace this is not worth fighting over it.. SourD and Themis has a good idea to protect the "little" guys if they are active and have asked for help. But some times we can't assume something is wrong ,jump the gun and just start capping.
as for master cracka great job on the mobbing up and the strategy, but I guess by you keeping silent. Lucky assumed you where inactive. I would to if i where in his position. the way I see it is at about 2-3months if the person can build a turf up to 86inf to not get taxes. If they are just playing under a month I can understand not taxing them.. It is your choice not to level up.. You could've just leveled up enough not to get taxed and you said you didn't see any harm cause Lucky hasnt capped your turf.. But he got capped by Themis and SourD for taxing you.. Which is a little unfair for him right?

Yes I do believe this is all blown way out of proportion. It is unfair but again I was used as an example and I'm not the only one. I didn't ask anyone to move into this area, I didn't ask for protection and just because I didn't speak up for being taxed doesn't mean it's my fault for any misunderstanding. A reply from me would have helped but it wasn't something I'm obligated to do.

Protecting and building up this town has been busy for me. Still got a guy that won't say nothing to me that has history of taking out the weak and inactives. He finally made it back into town. I been watching him turf hop to central point. Hes is in town now and i wait for his move. I have maturity and patience on my side. Maybe hes a threat, maybe he us just shy for what he did not so long ago. No names but opposite of white coming from the south west. This guy is not taxing or capping, yet. But ill give him a chance. I always do give 2nd chance and most the time its just a trick to get what they want and run.

If you get taxed you should expect protection. It's called protection paid/earned right? If they explain some kind of special circumstance respectfully I'll rebuilt a little over. I'm not into capping for no reason or because I can. That's for the radicals and people that can't afford their own turf. And I'm usually trying to stop the bullies and hopping to remote areas to stop them. Protecting Has costed lots but was worth it knowing all the small towns I saved and all the great people I meet on the way.
