Is there anybody in Canberra that can cap his turf as he his been capping all the little blokes turf and even with a V we can't do to much damage

You need to hop after his turf. Chase him, make him tear down and rebuild.

Then the others in the V need too. Unless you can destroy turf a V is useless.
