You capped some inactives. That behavior has to stop. You need to read the "how to: Arm your mob" thread in help and strategy. You don't need and can't afford upkeep weapons at this point. Your mob is bigger than his, you shouldn't need a vendetta to defend yourself.

What you don't understand is I used to need and could afford upkeep weapons before his rain of tyranny
And what exactly is wrong with attacking inactive players to me it's sort of a situation where no one gets hurt -
There's a big thread on capping inactives over on the "Help and Strategy" forum. I suggest you go spend some time over there.

You just found out why you don't want upkeep weapons at this point. As soon as you got attacked you went into the negative. If you had no-upkeep weapons you wouldn't be in debt. Or if you insist on buying upkeep weapons at least have non-upkeep weapons in reserve for when this happens.
