No offense but this has always bugged me when I see these threads. You are offering help when clearly every thread below this one is asking for help. Why not cut to the chase and message one of those guys?

I have and still do. Ive helped settle quite a lot of problems. Just letting people know so something that may be a private problem could reach me over pm.

I was jus bein real about him. I'll keep talkin with him but I'm not about to use somebody like that. that's not fair and it ruins the game. I'm just tryin to have him help me settle with some whiney unruly people's n he was very responsive that is all jus endorsing he was a good understanding guy

What anarchist is doing is neither unfair, nor does it ruin the game. There is no shame is recruiting people to assist you in a vendetta, unless you abuse it as a substitute for mobbing up. If he was as helpful as you say he was, you don't seem to be too grateful.

This is not what he means.
He means that once I help him, which I did successfully, he will move on as to not abuse my help.
He is just singing my praises, as it were.
