1.) location- Chicago area IL
2.) target of V- Pchiknp
3.) summary of problem- I've been capping turf, and I was under the assumption he was my friend(I never capped him). About an hour ago he tool about 6-7 turf, and is in position to take 15+. I would like a vendetta to boot him out of those places, and to defend myself.
4.) stats-
Me- 4.4 mob
Armor- body armor/ loot
Weapon- Gatling guns, ak47, loot
Melee- shoes loot

Pchiknp
6.7 mob
Weapons- lapura, Gatling, loot
Armor- body armor, loot
Melee- shoes, loot.
