1) Northwest Illinois, Chicagoland Suburbs - Carol Stream
2) Ghost Locust (his name is in a weird font so it's hard to run a search on him)
3) So just yesterday he caps 3 of my turfs in Carol Stream which is fair and by no means excessive, so I let it go. But today, he continues to cap two more of more of my turf in the area, which is also not significant I understand, but he capped me entirely out of Illinois. This is a bit excessive I would say. And if this is not strong enough evidence there are many players also complaining about his excessive capping. He also usually leaves the turf at 1 influence or tears it down after capping. I am capped out of Illinois so a vendetta won't do me any good anyways but I wanted the community to know this so if there is someone out there willing they could show this guy up.
4) His mob is around 10K with no upkeep weapons. My mob is 4.8K and about half equipped. His other targets though have all been 1-5K mob.

Ghost locust is like that we kicked him out of WA he's on some crusade against the bigger players but only takes smaller players turfs.

Ghost Locust is a genius, if he wants you gone you've got absolutely no chance of survival.

And that's fact.
I'd delete this if i were you, if he's watching he could make things worse.
