Me, and Aubergine, are bith in your area, but the fact your level 70 with a 1k mob lol. I haven't checked his activity lately, but I bet he took like 2 turfs.

If you want help you need to add more info to your thread in the V forum.

1. Target including details on mob size and location.
2. History of what has occurred that is resulting in this V.
3. Detail of any attempts at diplomacy.
4. Detail what your losses are.
5. Ensure all members of your V have turf within range (1,000 miles) for attacks and defence.
6. Be polite to anybody enquiring about details. They just might help you.

Note: mob attacks, losing capo status or being taxed are not generally considered reasonable excuses for a V. Neither is the loss of a couple of turf.

DUNLAP2041 attacks me eveyday took over 30 of my turfs in Hudson so I moved to aurora but he followed me there and just won't stop attacking his mob size is 4740
