ER'ing people does not yield the results i wanted, as pentic pointed out. Im done with that approach. Will stick to positive reenforcement by helping almost anyone with a well thought out post.

The more that help, the less problems we will have. Last week I saw more well thought out V requests than any month in the previous 3 months.

Hey no harm in trying unfortunately people just don't take the time to learn things.. Maybe if there was a group of us doing the ER'g 😜.. Instead of 1 lonely soul hmmmm

You'd have to actually tell the person why they were ER'ed or they wouldn't get it.
