Man is from PA he built 3 turfs in martins ferry Ohio and they keep getting close in capture range every time I move my turf he follows me he has about 6k mob I have 1.4k mob please help ty

You are upset because someone is building near you? Do you realize that your income goes up when more players are around? And if I'm understanding your post correctly, he hasn't even been aggressive. So what's the problem?

The problem he build 1turf by one of my turfs another turf by my turf and another turf by my turf in full capture range I only have 3 turfs in that area my friend mob n rob lives there's and has like 15 turfs there and we're both very worried because he could easily capture all out turfs

He's building close to you because it provides better income than planting turf off by himself. It would be foolish of him to cap you out.

Ya you gotta read into the game more. More turfs in an area is more money for everyone. If I was in your town I would do the same thing. It doesn't mean someone is gonna cap you.

Even if all your assumptions are correct, try contacting him to maybe resolve the problem diplomatically, rather than immediately jumping into a v against him.
