If you want help you need to add more info to your thread in the V forum.

1. Target including details on mob size and location.
2. History of what has occurred that is resulting in this V.
3. Detail of any attempts at diplomacy.
4. Detail what your losses are.
5. Ensure all members of your V have turf within range (1,000 miles) for attacks and defence.

Note: mob attacks or being taxed are not generally considered reasonable excuses for a V. Neither is the loss of a couple of turf.

Your mob members aren't fully armed with a ranged weapon, a melee, an armor. Take care of that first.

You both have tiny mobs (less than 1k) and you both are posting in the vendetta forum looking for help with the other. One has 17 turf and the other has 15. Have neither of you ever heard of mobbing up? 30 minutes of code punching and there would be a clear winner.
