Need help against el jefe blanco, in Boise Idaho. His mob size is 3643 and mine is 1996. He has taken 20+ turf from me even after saying he would stop. I need help stopping him

Not a bad post. I spotted about 10 turf of yours capped in Boise alone. El jefe blanco only built about 20% of his turf in Boise most being capped from other players.
