2. History of what has occurred that is resulting in this V.
3. Detail of any attempts at diplomacy.
4. Detail what your losses are.
5. Ensure all members of your V have turf within range (1,000 miles) for attacks and defence.

Note: mob attacks or being taxed are not generally considered reasonable excuses for a V. Neither is the loss of a couple of turf.

Yes, good luck. Someone smaller than me just told me to stop attacking because there are other people in the game. So now I'm hopping across the state to pay him a visit.
