Ok to start I am in the northwest suburbs of Chicago close to ohara airport. The target is kingofgiants. He was capping the inactives and weaker players in the area for the past couple weeks and I asked him to stop. He refused and continued to cap weaker players and has since doubled his influence. His influence grew from about 8000 to over 20,000 in the past couple weeks due to bullying weaker players and capping inactives. Now that he is stronger he has been capping at least 3 of my turfs a day for the past 5 days and I can't keep up with the defense due to decreasing income. He has about 10k mob but due to better equipment I calculated his attack to be about 310k and defense to be about 350k. I have about 9k mob with 240k attack and 290k def. I am losing my income and can't defend myself anymore and he continues to cap weaker players as well. please let me know if you are able to help

King of giants regularly attacks my mob. Sometimes he wins sometimes he loses. I don't have any issues with him you just need to PM him.
