Raging Remmie still atacking low-lvls

I posted a thread about this before but I couldn't find it. Me and my friends are having trouble with this guy Raging Remmie, lvl 58. He is farming us like hell by attacking us. Capturing our turfs since we passed lvl 25. People said I need to mob up and I did, he still kills us. We even made a vendetta, no effect so some left. Please help us just to get Raging Remmie out of our town so he will stop attacking us. -Sinc and friends

You too know that only mobbing up wont help against such high lvl.

1 turf isn't bad. Rebuild is the name of te game. I get like 1-2 turfs taken a day, even more
