No need for 2 threads. I suggest deleting them and follow the directions in the how to post thread stickied to the top of this forum

I have followed up with this thread and found just cause for a V. If the player targeted does not listen to diplomacy and reason that I have tried to communicate with him then I will join this V and help you.
