He only attacks my turfs only he's never posted comments on forums ever and he dosnt respond. He just attacks my turfs I've never attacked him
back but I need help now. I just want to teach him a quick lesson

He's probably gearing up to take your turf. These kind of pre-emptive strikes are common. Watch your turf, if he gets too close start a V without targeting him and invite people. If he makes a move for your turf target him and destroy any if his turf around you. That's all the advice I can give.
