If you want help you need to add more info to your thread in the V forum.

1. Location
2. Target including details on mob size and weapons
3. History of what has occurred that is resulting in this V.
4. Detail of any attempts at diplomacy.
5. Detail what your losses are.
6. Ensure all members of your V have turf within range (1,000 miles) for attacks and defence.

Note: mob attacks or being taxed are not generally considered reasonable excuses for a V. Neither is the loss of a couple of turf.

I leveled some turf And explained why. His response was to give me some more money lol. He just doesn't want to learn at all.
