So where was I...oh I remember, jester1259 posted in this forum that the "enough is enough" vendetta against him was wrong and cyber bullying. Then we, those in the vendetta started posting his PMs to us with threats and lies. On top of that he tries to tell every one that he is a protector of noobs but I proved he was taxing a level 5 player with 4 turfs. His turf covered all four of his. Jester likes to believe he is righteous, but he is not. Why did you delete your post here jester? Everyone can see you pick on noobs. Pick on me instead. Like I told you before, threaten all you want. I will never reset, I will never quit, I will not go gentle into that good night.
PS join our vendetta against a bully.

This sounds more personal than you're letting on. I am still not convinced that jester is a bully. Some of the quotes you posted are even contrary to your argument.

Nothing is personal to me. It's a game. What exactly of my argument is contrary? He caps turf in the name of protecting noobs, keeps those turf (instantly contradicting himself), continues to cap turf (to teach a lesson ????), comes to this forum to cry, we prove him a liar (then he deletes post and his PMs to me). All he has to do is stop. I know it's a game and some capping is fine, but to cap cap cap and tell me to quit the game or reset is nuts. I will not do it.

He thinks he is the boss of this game. He wants total respect for actions. There are a ton of good, honest, and noble players in this game who deserve respect. He is not one of them. His actions and words do not match. If they matched did he has no problem stopping.

The comments you quoted portray him as someone who is capping a turf or two from different players to fill in for the turf he lost. Maybe things have changed now that you have targeted him in a vendetta, but it didn't seem like he was out to completely destroy any single player. Additionally, the comments by the weaker players, including "don't attack me, attack someone else," and "what's with the capping," seem to be poor attempts at diplomacy.
Please explain more about how he tried to get ou to reset. That's the keenest example of bullying you mention in your argument. -
Most of the players here know I have stood up for the noobs against people like obipatton. I'm only merciless against those that target me with vendettas. You wanted a war, you got it. Sad for you that I'm winning against 4 bullies. Your income will be nil soon...it was your choice. Don't come here looking for help. If I wanted I could recruit some of my friends to wipe you quickly. I haven't because your not worthy of a vendetta.

What have I done to noobs? Nothing. You threaten me in PMs which i copied and posted in your whiny vendetta post, then you delete that post and your PMs to me. Your first little war with me was because I complained that you capped many of my turf because I put a liquor license on a state college turf before they built next to me. When they grew they became taxed by me. I explained this, then apologized to you for it because you joined a V and almost had me wiped clean. Then every single week since then your cap two of my turf and claim "need the money, I'm boss, shit flows down hill, don't like it quit". When like minded players ask me to join their V I do...why not you take my turf anyway every week. I swear you have two mouths, one for each story. How about the level 5 Swiss cow in state college, you were taxing all four of his turf.

Level 5. I took that turf with the help of this V. Do not tell people you help noobs then cover all four turf of a level 5 player. Level 5 man. I protected that guy..me...it a v to do it...and now you want to wipe me out for it. Level 5. He's a level 5. Stand up against your self. "I don't come out here and cry" how can you say that after deleting your post out here only 6 hours ago?

Jester I no you helped me recently but you also made me delete all my turf except one ( didn't make me but I was getting capped out). It was cause I was capping my neighbor. It was between us but no. Jester showed up. But please don't attack jester. He's helped me and he's actually nice now. Do not help these people. These people are in a "crew" with bad people in it.

I want to thank all of the players out there who are PMing me their support. Alot of you have similar jester stories. I will respect your privacy and not repost your PMs, since that was a request from more than one of you. I understand the fear and intimidation that jester causes. He will take most of my turf, I will go broke, I do not care. When I read his posts about how noble he is and how he protects noobs, then I watch him place a turf on top of a level 5 player with only 4 turf in state college pa right on top of blackcow on sleepy hollow drive and chestnut ridge drive, i just have to laugh. The guy is a noob. This "enough is enough" vendetta is the only reason I was able to destroy that turf and help out the level 5 dude. jester...go give a beat down when you have too but please learn when "enough is enough"

Why thank you jester...I was only level 70 for less than 24 hours. It took me a week to hit 70. You guided me through 70 with your constant attacks in less than 24 hours.

Obipatton: it's not a huge deal that he's taxing that smaller player. The noob will eventually increase the turfs' inf and plant new ones elsewhere. He's not paying upkeep on weapons, either.
Jester: you sound like a reasonable player. The best move you can make now is to prove obi wrong and show a little mercy.

I agree, but when I did it...actually, when the other player grew into me, all he'll broke loose. He does it and ???? He may claim to show mercy or stop, but he won't. I hope you are right though.

Oh I forgot to mention, jester had above 86 upgrades on that turf...two car bombs just to decrease it below 86. That's a lot of tax for a lot of levels. But I'm the bad guy because I was built into.

Yeah, I see where you're coming from, but attacking a stronger player will get you nowhere. What I would have done in your situation was take the loot off your turf, even if you were there first. That being said, he should have asked you politely to remove it before he attacked you. Also know that jester may not be a hypocrite like you say he is. One can take another player's turf and still protect him/her. When I take a player's turf, I offer them protection in return and we become friends.

Well I agee, I would have lowered the turf had he asked. But I wake up on the morning to 50 + attacks that day...five turf capped. Didn't even see him comming. Even told him nice move. Then I made my mistake...tried to reclaim one of the turf. Back then 7000 v 2000 mob...no go. Long story short I cap a turf from a lower player who attacks me daily ( who is now my friend), he complains in v forum...jester starts a crusade until I apologize to him, which I do to end the pain. Which ended for 5 days. Then two turf gone a week since then. So yes diplacy could have worked. A vendetta lasts for 7 days, then you can't be in it again for 30. He is kicking the crap iut of the v, but still PMing threats. And God forbid you point out his hippocracy to him...total war. And the best part...if he wants a personal war and take all my turf, fine, just dont go tell everyone it is the name of noobs when it is not. Never protected any noobs.

Oh and as part of my apology I begged him to lower that turf to 86...all he did was move it 4 miles onto another lower player.

You are right. Communication works and diplomacy seldom fails in a game with "war" in the title. That being said, it does not work with some people. With jester it does not. Yesterday he had a thread in this forum, I copied his PMs to me in it to prove his hippocracy, some very big players saw my point. What did he do? Instead of talks, he deleted that thread, deleted the PMs, and kicked the crap out of the v.
If anybody out there has a problem with me...tell me and I will rectify it.

Well, farticus vouched for jester, didn't he? You also said he moved the loot from his turf when you asked him, right? It would be a poor decision for him to tax a stronger player, so of course he moved it over a weaker one. Who cares where he moved it, as long as it's not on your turf. It seems that diplomacy is not lost on jester. I strongly suggest you drop the V and give diplomacy another shot. Also, don't make demands on the behalf of noobs. Worry about your own game for now and protect them when you're stronger and have more stable footing.

Can we keep the vendetta going for a little longer, please. I am enjoying the cash and xp they are giving me and it is actually kind of fun
