Well I was staying at my grampas, an I made a turf there. This guy named Rayen is staying at a local hotel, (I know because I stayed there). He makes a turf then suddenly caps 5-6 of (I think) an inactive. I will check to see a bit more. This is in branford. He has also capped a bunch of turfs from another inactive(in guilford), getting the capo title for both cities.
This is less than 15 miles from new haven. I know I can cap Rayen and Sun Tzu also can. In new haven, TheShocker and others can cap him. He has destroyed some income and I'm not sure what to do. I informed him about no capping inactives about 5 mins ago but he has not responded (yet). I will post updates about his capping and check to see how much of his turf is capped.

Well, I could send Rayen to the ER, but I'm saving my attacks for gas day turf. And he's only 536 miles too far away for me to cap him...
